Eligible Returns
Returns are accepted only if:
- You receive a damaged product.
- You receive an incorrect item.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
Return Request
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by providing:
- Order Number
- Clear photographs of the product
- Images of the packaging (if damaged)

Non-Returnable Items
The following products are not eligible for return:
- Used or damaged items after delivery
- Customized or personalised products
- Products damaged due to improper handling or storage
- Items without original packaging and accessories
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and successfully inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
Eligible products may be exchanged based on stock availability. If the requested product is unavailable, a refund or alternative product may be offered.
Damaged Deliveries
If your package arrives visibly damaged, we recommend taking photographs before opening it and contacting our customer support team immediately.
